Track Your Order
Every Pilloway order ships with tracking. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we email the tracking number to the address used at checkout — check your inbox, and the promotions or spam folder if you do not see it.
Delivery times
- Free shipping: 9 to 12 business days.
- Express shipping ($6.99): 6 to 8 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan after dispatch.

If your tracking number has not arrived, or the parcel has not moved for more than seven business days, email us at support@usepilloway.com with your order number and we will look into it.
